The standards of a company’s supply chain are a direct reflection on a company’s own standards, and of course have a large impact on the service the customer receives. This is why good supply chain management is vital for any organization.
We have very high standards in this area, and effective management procedures. Selection of suppliers is important and we have a set procedure. This procedure involves strict assessment of each proposed supplier on various aspects. Once approved the supplier is expected to sign an SLA, and their compliance to this continuously monitored and controlled.
Suppliers are also expected to sign a Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring our values are upheld throughout the supply chain and our customers can expect the same high level of service and good quality with every aspect of the service they receive. To ensure ongoing quality within our supply chain, suppliers are monitored and corrective action is taken if there is any deviation from the highest quality standards. Quality, Data Protection and Anti-bribery and corruption are the main areas which are consistently monitored.
This procedure will be subject to review annually and possibly updated. In case of changes/updates in the procedure, it will be communicated to all employees and our supply chain.
